Roundel Sounds is offering downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music production software, and other related products, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music and video producers, sound designers.
License Agreement
All products from Roundel Sounds are given away as ‘royalty free,’ which means that they are licensed, not sold to you, by Roundel Sounds and Roundel Sounds partner labels. A partner label is either the owner or entitled licensee of the products on sale. By paying for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in music, video production, or other media production, without having to pay any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to Roundel Sounds, its partner labels or any other third parties.
Usage and Copyright
Roundel Sounds and t partner labels hold the copyright and unauthorized reselling/copying/renting/sharing/uploading/downloading/ to any database, groups, servers, /websites/file-sharing services/ or otherwise kind of distributing is strictly prohibited. Demo tracks and songs are made to showcase and advertise the content of each product and are not owned by the buyer, thus they cannot be released.
Security and Registration
You do not have to be registered on Roundel Sounds to view the website, but to download products you must provide a valid email address. Your information will only be used by Roundel Sounds and we will NOT provide your personal information to any third parties for direct marketing or any other purpose.
Refund Policy
Since we are offering digital products we do not issue refunds once the product is sent and downloaded to your computer. Digital products are not possible to return back (as physical products) and ensure that the product is no longer used.
We have transparent product information of what you can expect when you download the product on to your computer. Also, an audio player for each sound is available so you can preview the sound before adding it to your basket for check out. We do not refund for any compatibility issues so make sure you read the detailed description before purchasing. All of our .wav files are at 44 100 Hz / 24 bit and every other product that is or will be sold on our shop will display the minimum requirements for use if that is needed.
